Registration & Abstract Submission Instructions

7th International Conference on Frontiers in Applied Mechanics (ICFAM 2026)

November 27-29, 2026

Please read this first -- use ONE email address throughout

You will use the same email address to (1) create your website account, (2) register for the conference, and (3) submit your abstract. Using different addresses will prevent the system from matching your records, and you will not be able to see your status. ​

Registered participants may proceed directly to Payment & Accommodation Reservation section; those not yet registered should complete the registration form first.

Before You Start

  • A copy of your abstract prepared according to the ICFAM 2026 Abstract Template (see below)

  • Your presentation topic

  • Co-author names and affiliations​​

Create your account or Sign in​

Click SIGN-IN here                                     or the SIGN-IN button in the main page

  • First-time users: click SIGN-UP here                                    and create an account with the email address you intend to use for the conference

  • Returning users: sign in with your existing account

Once signed in, your profile icon appears in the top-right corner

Open the Registration Form

Click REGISTER here                                    or the "Event Register" item in the menu at the top of the page.

Because you are logged in, the form recognizes you automatically and uses your account email address as the contact email -- please do not change it to a different address

Complete the Registration Form and submit

  • Fill in your name, prefix and affiliation

  • Select your registration type (e.g., early-bird / regular / student, as listed in the form)

  • Check all details, then click Register​

You will see a confirmation message on screen. Your registration is now recorded. 

Prepare your abstract using the template and submit

  • Download the ICFAM 2026 Abstract Template using the link at the beginning of this page

  • Prepare your abstract according to the template

  • Go to the abstract submission section              and click "+ Upload it" button to complete your submission​

Payment & Accommodation Booking (Update)

  • For participants who have already registered

    • Please visit the payment link included in your Notification of Acceptance​ email sent by the Organizing Committee. The link will direct you to a page where you can complete your conference fee payment​ and find relevant information regarding accommodation reservation.

  • For participants who have not yet registered

    • Please first fill out the registration form on this page. After abstract submission, scroll down to the bottom of the page​ and choose your payment method:

      • Online Payment (participants from mainland Chinese universities or those accepting a CNY invoice for reimbursement):​ Please click the payment link below to complete both your conference fee payment​ and accommodation reservation. As the conference fee is collected and the official invoice (in CNY) is issued by our third-party conference service provider, all payments must be processed through the designated online payment link. Bank transfer is not available for this category.

      • Bank Transfer (participants based outside mainland China):​ Please scroll down to the Bank Transfer Information​ section at the bottom of this page and complete your transfer using the provided bank details.  To book your accommodation, please also fill out and submit the reservation form located directly below the Bank Transfer Information section.

The registration fee includes 2 years of IAAM membership (SGD 70 for students, SGD 140 for others).

Regular Registration: CNY 3,400 / USD 500

Student Registration: CNY 2,400 / USD 350

How to Submit

  1. Download the Abstract Template (Word) and prepare your abstract accordingly.

  2. Submit your abstract online through the Submission System and await the notification of acceptance, expected from 20 Oct, 2026.

  3. Abstract submission deadline has been extended to 15 Nov, 2026, at 23:59 (UTC+8)

All presenting authors must complete their registration by 20 Nov, 2026 to ensure that their abstract is included in the final program.
